Sasha Banks: I needed a break after working for seven years straight

Sasha Banks has talked about the importance of her break from WWE.
Banks had been absent in live events and WWE television for a period of over four weeks after the firm’s greatest show of the year, where she and Bayley lost the women’s tag-team championships .
There was speculation in many news outlets that Banks was taking time off for that title loss as a protest when her contract finished, and she could even leave the business.
But that scenario failed to materialise and Banks has returned with a bang, igniting a program among the Four Horsewomen faction of the company that has seized the imagination of the fans.
She’ll also face Raw women’s champion Becky Lynch in a title game in Clash of Champions on Sunday night, also Banks believes she has greatly benefited from her time.
“I’ve been doing this for seven decades straight, no breaks,” Banks said in a meeting with The Mac Attack on American radio station WFNZ.
“People need to step back, re-evaluate their lives, manage their souls, and their own minds. I’m back and better than ever. I got myself a championship game on Sunday, so I believe I did very well for myself.”
