Josh McCown Comes Out Of Retirement & Signs With Eagles


Josh McCown was Sam Darnolds copy for the Jets last season and he has pitched for 17,707 metres and 98 touchdowns using 82 interceptions in 99 career games (76 starts) with the Cardinals, Lions, Raiders, Panthers, Bears, Buccaneers, Browns and Jets.
The 40-year-old produced three starts for the Jets last season and completed 60 of 110 (54.5 completion percentage) to get 539 passing yards and a touchdown with four interceptions.
McCown had one of his best seasons in 2017 when he threw for 2,926 yards and 18 touchdowns but the next year the group still decided to draft Darnold and he turned into his copy.
