Jamie Ritchie to join Scotland World Cup squad in Japan

After Experiencing Expert assessment and back-row Jamie Ritchie will Combine up with the Scotland squad for the Rugby World Cup in Japan on Thursday.

The 23-year-old Edinburgh ahead, that was part of the initial travelling squad, stayed back home for a few days and suffered the injury scare in Scotland’s 36-9 success against Georgia last Friday.
Ritchie will join Gregor Townsend’s team in their training camp at Nagasaki, whereas Magnus Bradbury, who had been called up as preventative harm cover, will also stay with the group.
Replaced Ritchie at Murrayfield after 15 minutes of this match.
Scotland begin their World Cup campaign against Ireland on September 22, before further pool games from Russia and Samoa as well as hosts Japan.
